.Warehouse withdrawal or delay: Generally, if the request for warehouse withdrawal or delay is made more than 7 working days in advance, it can be handled free of charge. If it is made within less than 7 working days, it will be charged in a stepped manner.
.Driver's empty running fee: The loading time generally needs to be confirmed at least 2-3 working days in advance. If a special type of vehicle is required, please confirm it in advance.
.Loading: The main core points are to ensure that the goods are not overweight, not unevenly loaded, and well reinforced. The cost of adjusting the uneven load for a full container is generally not low, and the charging is mainly based on the situation of the uneven load, the nature of the goods themselves, and the packing situation. In addition, it is advisable to arrange the loading in the morning as much as possible. If the loading time is too long or too late, it is likely to incur an overnight detention fee or waiting fee (generally, there is a free waiting period of 24 hours for loading abroad).
.Weighing and taking packing photos: The driver needs to arrange for weighing and confirm it in advance. Domestic drivers generally take packing photos by default, and the factory can also take some photos, and the better ones can be selected for use. However, foreign drivers are not responsible for taking photos. If the packing photos do not meet the requirements, the container cannot enter the station.
.Carrying prohibited items in the container: It is prohibited to ship such items and a fine will be imposed. Generally, the container needs to be opened for inspection before entering the station.
.Inconsistency of documents: It is essential that all documents are consistent with each other. If any modification is required for the documents accompanying the goods after the train departs, a fee will be charged. Generally, the waybill cannot be modified once it is issued. The number of goods declared for import and export must be consistent with the number of goods indicated on the waybill accompanying the train (in China, it is generally required to declare based on the number of the largest packaging units, and pallets are goods subject to legal inspection. If there are pallets, they must be declared).
.Amendment of documents: Incorrect declaration of the HS code or other goods information leads to the requirement of amending the documents after being inspected by the customs, or the customer requests to amend the documents due to personal mistakes found after the declaration (The process of amending documents is relatively cumbersome. Please carefully check the pre-recorded documents before the declaration).
.Inspection: Inspection is carried out by the customs when the goods are under customs control before entering the station, during the transportation along the route, and at the destination station.
.Discrepancy between the actual arrival station and the booking destination station: The delivery fee for the overseas section will change. (For example, sometimes a train bound for Duisburg may arrive at Neuss instead).
.Demurrage and storage fees: Operate strictly in accordance with the delivery time nodes (especially for return imports). Generally, there is a free storage period of 3 days at the destination station. Clear the customs and pick up the goods in a timely manner upon arrival at the station.
.Container detention charges beyond the specified period: Generally, there is a free use period of the container for 60 days. After the container arrives at the station, pay attention to the container return address to avoid returning it to the wrong yard.
.Container damage: Container damage is caused by improper packaging and reinforcement of the goods themselves, or improper handling during loading and unloading.
